This site collects as little as it can.
If you subscribe, I collect your email address and nothing else. It is stored by the email service that sends the newsletter, and it is used only to send you new essays. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from the list.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies to do that and collects anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type. It is not used for advertising. The host, Vercel, also keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.
Who sees it
I do not sell or share your address. It is shared only with the email service that delivers the newsletter. Anonymous usage data goes to Google Analytics.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time from any email. To have your address deleted entirely, ask and I will remove it.
